My progress disappeared. Can I get it back?

Progress is stored on your device and synced to your account when signed in. Reinstall the app and sign in with the same method to restore it. If it still does not appear, email support with your account details.

How do I turn off ads?

A one-time in-app purchase removes ads. Open Settings inside the app and choose Remove ads. Restore it for free on a new device via Restore purchases.

I am stuck on a level.

Every level is solvable. Use a Hint to reveal part of the solution, or a Glimpse to see the full path briefly. Both are available from the in-game menu.

Is an internet connection required?

No. Mio Path is fully playable offline. A connection is only used for optional leaderboards, sync, and ads.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Request refunds directly through the store you bought from, following their refund process.
